Wine Vintage Elegance

I have had the best time working with one of my past clients these past couple weeks.  We have been working on updating their Dining & Formal Living Rooms with all new paint, wallcovering, lighting, and furniture.  We are still finalizing furniture selections, but I went ahead and put together some of the finalists for the Dining Room. The inspiration started with a wine barrel the couple purchased during a visit to California wine country.  I immediately loved the idea of a moody aubergine above the chair rail and a textural, elegant wallcovering for below.  We fell in love with this Hartmann & Forbes paper because it looks like Aspen trees!  The cork texture is perfect, and the silver peeking through is just the right amount of glamour.
